Mount Laurel: Jackie Guerra, RN. Jackie has been with Star for nearly 2 years and has been making positive impacts on the clients she serves since the first day. Cynthia Nesci LPN
Congratulations to Cynthia on being named the Star “GEM” of the quarter! She is celebrating her One Year Anniversary this month. Cynthia is a dedicated nurse who goes above and beyond to help fill our overnight shifts. She is a sweet, soft spoken nurse with strong, solid nursing skills. She is expecting her 1st baby next month. We wish her lots of happiness and look forward to her returning after her maternity leave.

Rachel Dinkler, RN
Rachel has been apart of the Star team since 2014. She consistently Goes The Extra Mile helping her clients and families. She receives constant positive reviews from all her clients in regards to her clinical and emotional skills when caring for her patient. She came to Star as a new graduate and quickly excelled in her clinical skills. She is always looking to gain knowledge , currently she is in the process of finishing her BSN. Star’s Thanksgiving Food Drive
Star Pediatric Home Care Agency Thanksgiving Food Drive
Thanksgiving is a special time to share a meal with family, but unfortunately it is not easy for all families. Star Pediatric Home Care Agency is happy to be hosting a food drive supporting our families in need. We will be collecting canned and non-perishable food items at our location in Teaneck, Mount Laurel, and Lakewood. Please stop by and drop off any items you can to make this holiday possible for those in need.
We will also be collecting new or lightly used children’s clothing and toys for some of our underprivileged, but very deserving pediatric patients.

Nurse of the Quarter Rigaud Dorielan, LPN
Rigaud has been a part of the Star team since 2012. He is furthering his education and will receive his degree and become a RN at the end of this year. He consistently Goes The Extra Mile to help out whenever he can and extend himself to fill in shifts whenever possible. His compassionate care combined with both his physical and emotional strength makes him truly a “Star” nurse. Rigaud sincerely treats his clients as if they were his own, including rocking and singing to them in French as part of his daily routine.

Joanna has been apart of the Star team since 2011. She shows kindness and sound clinical judgment on every case. She consistently Goes The Extra Mile to help her families and clients achieve optimal health and psychosocial development. As a professional she is always open to advances in her field and education. Joanna is a integral part of the Star team and we look forward to a long partnership together.

Nurse of the Quarter Wendy Soto, LPN
Wendy was one of the first nurses to start working at Star in 2008. Besides being highly trained, she is also very caring and compassionate. Wendy is extremely reliable; she always Goes the Extra Mile by willing to help cover her peers’ shifts at a moment’s notice. She knows that her patients need her, so she makes all of the necessary arrangements for her own family to accommodate the needs of her patients and their families. We are so happy to have Wendy as a part of our Star family.

Giving Back!
The Fall Season will open up many opportunities to give to back:
Star Pediatric Home Care Agency is proud to stay involved with our local communities. Now through September 30th we will be collecting Back To School items in each of our locations. On October 1st, we will bring all donations to the appropriate local New Jersey charities.
Please drop off your donation at the Star office near you: Lakewood, Mount Laurel, Egg Harbor, or Teaneck.
